Are you an enthusiastic and organised individual with a passion for supporting students in their educational journey? Then we welcome you to join our dedicated team as we seek a dynamic Cover Supervisor to play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive learning environment during teacher absences.
The Role:
As a school cover supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and managing classrooms during teacher absence and cover a range of subjects implementing pre-prepared lessons. We are looking for people who are passionate about education and committed to success.

📚 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
- Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and activities provided by teaching staff.
- Assist students with their work and answer questions to the best of your ability.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage behaviour according to school policies.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to ensure a smooth transition during teacher absences.
💼 Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education or experience in education is a plus.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and engage with students effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subject areas and grade levels.
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is desirable.
