Exam Invigilators Ipswich. 4myschools are seeking to recruit exam invigilators for one of our secondary school in Ipswich. This is a popular high school for staff and pupils and they are committed to providing high-quality education and maintaining academic integrity. 4myschools are currently seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that exams are conducted in an appropriate manner within the correct time frame. The main part of the role is to supervise the students and make sure that exam regulations are being met at all times
Main duties prior to exam:
• Report to and be briefed by the exams officer prior to each exam session
• Keep exam papers and materials secure before, during and after exams
• Set exam rooms out accordingly
• Admit candidates into exam rooms
• Identify, seat, and instruct candidates in the conduct of their exams
• Distribute the correct exam papers and materials to candidates
• Deal with student queries
During exam:
• Supervise candidates at all times and be vigilant throughout
• Keep disruption in exam rooms to a minimum
• Report emergencies or irregularities effectively
• Complete attendance registers
After exam:
• Collect exam scripts
• Dismiss candidates from the exam room
• Check candidates’ names on scripts match the details on the attendance register
• Securely return all exam scripts and exam materials to the exams officer
