History Teacher Chelmsford. Are you a passionate and dedicated History Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are a leading education recruitment agency seeking a qualified and experienced History Teacher to join a dynamic school in Chelmsford, Essex, starting from September 2024.
The ideal History Teacher will be confident in teaching History across Key Stage 3 (KS3) to Key Stage 5 (KS5) and have excellent subject knowledge. Whole class teaching responsibilities will be required including planning, marking, and attending CPD sessions.
This role is due to begin in September 2024 until the end of the academic year but could start sooner for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging History lessons that inspire and motivate students.
– Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
– Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Proven experience teaching History to secondary school students.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
