4MySchools is recruiting for a full time intervention teacher to work in a primary school located in the heart of Colchester. As an Intervention Teacher, you will play a crucial role in identifying and supporting students who require additional assistance in their learning journey. Your expertise will empower these students to overcome obstacles and flourish academically and socially. You will work in a supportive and collaborative school environment with a dedicated team of professionals focused on student success.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Intervention Teacher who is passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
A deep understanding of intervention strategies to support students in overcoming learning challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
The ability to assess students’ needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Pay is in line with MPS and ranges from £153 – £211 per day depending on experience.
