Overview:
We are currently seeking passionate and driven Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our team in Danbury, Essex. As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to take on full classroom responsibilities in your desired year group while receiving support and guidance from experienced peers. As we approach the Summer term, we understand the importance of staying focused on your studies. Therefore, we are committed to doing the leg work to help you find your ideal first teaching role, allowing you to concentrate on your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assume full classroom responsibilities in your desired year group, including planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a supportive learning environment.
– Collaborate with experienced colleagues to seek guidance, share best practices, and receive support in your teaching journey.
– Stay focused on your studies and professional development while we assist you in finding your ideal first teaching role for the upcoming academic year.
– Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
🎓 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
🌟 Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
