4MySchools is recruiting for a year3/4 LSA to work in a primary school located in Witham. As an LSA you will be adapting your teaching methods to meet the needs of the learners. You will build the children’s self-esteem and instil a love for learning by providing the encouragement and assistance they need to overcome challenges.
It is imperative that you have a strong presence in the classroom as you may work with some challenging pupils. You will need to have strong behavioural management skills enabling the students to flourish.
