About the Role:
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be instrumental in shaping the educational experiences of children aged 7-11 years. This position is based in a vibrant and supportive school in Norwich known for its commitment to developing both students and staff. You will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to all abilities, ensuring each child progresses academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire and motivate learners.
– Develop and enhance the educational material and curriculum in collaboration with your team.
– Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to promote improvement.
– Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
– Participate in school events, training, and staff meetings.
– Foster a positive learning environment in and out of the classroom.
About You:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
– Experience teaching Key Stage 2 in a UK school.
– A strong understanding of the current curriculum and assessment frameworks.
– Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate learning.
– A commitment to ongoing professional development.
– A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire young learners.
