As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our students with autism spectrum disorders excel academically, socially, and emotionally. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one or small group support to children with autism, tailoring your approach to their individual needs.
Assisting teachers in developing and implementing specialized learning plans.
Creating a safe and welcoming classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and included.
Supporting students during structured activities, social interactions, and sensory experiences.
