The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to children with ADHD and autism.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the implementation of tailored learning plans for each child.
- Providing one-on-one support during classroom activities and assignments.
- Promoting positive behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child. 🤝
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with ADHD and/or autism is preferred but not essential.
- A compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. 📚
