Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our welcoming school community in the surrounding area of Maylandsea. This role will involve providing support throughout KS1 and KS2. No prior school experience is required, but a genuine passion for supporting children is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
👩🏫 Work closely with classroom teachers to provide targeted support
🤝 Build positive relationships with students, providing encouragement, motivation, and emotional support as needed
🔍 Observe and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and adapting support strategies as necessary to meet the individual needs of students.
📝 Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported
