Daily Pay: £78 – £85

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our welcoming school community in Basildon. This role will involve providing support to Reception Class and Year 1 students. No prior school experience is required, but a genuine passion for supporting children is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

👩‍🏫 Work closely with classroom teachers to provide targeted support to Reception Class and Year 1 students

🤝 Build positive relationships with students, providing encouragement, motivation, and emotional support as needed

🔍 Observe and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and adapting support strategies as necessary to meet the individual needs of students.

📝 Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported
