Job Description:
As a Part-Time Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of examinations. Your responsibilities will include:
– Setting up examination rooms in accordance with established procedures.
– Checking and verifying the identity of students.
– Distributing and collecting exam materials.
– Monitoring exam conditions to prevent cheating or irregularities.
– Assisting students with any questions or concerns during the exam.
– Maintaining a calm and organized exam environment.
– Reporting any issues or incidents to the Chief Invigilator.
– Adhering to strict exam regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
– Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Reliability and punctuality.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
– Flexible availability during the exam season (January through June 2024).
