Salary: £125-£130 Per Day

Finding Your Feet:
As an ECT it is of great benefit to experience different schools in the local area on a supply basis as often schools like to trial teachers before committing to long term or permanent opportunities. Every school is different and you will gain valuable experience working in a supply capacity, with many ECT’s starting their teaching journey on supply through 4myschools. Many Early Career Teachers and are now in long term roles which they enjoy. As a newly qualified ECT you are able to work up to 5 years on supply before you must complete your induction and mentoring period.

Responsibilities:
〰️Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on provided curriculum or lesson plans.
〰️Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
〰️Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
〰️Provide necessary feedback, assessments, and reports as required.
〰️Adapt to varying classroom dynamics and school settings.
Requirements:
〰️Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
〰️Passion for education and a genuine interest in contributing to students’ development.
〰️Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
〰️Adaptability and the ability to thrive in diverse teaching environments.
〰️Enhanced DBS check (we can assist in the process if needed).
