4myschools are working with a primary school in Harwich, Essex who are recruiting for a full time Primary Teacher starting in September 2023 for the full academic year. The school are looking for an experienced Primary teacher to join their dynamic and supportive team. The successful Primary Teacher will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the pupils and contribute to their educational development.
This is a small, friendly, and supportive primary school part of an academy trust, where staff are positive and energetic and strive to develop the potential of all their pupils. The school recently appointed a new headteacher and are welcoming fresh ideas to make positive changes across the school. The school is inclusive for all pupils and nurture individual strengths and encourage talent to flourish.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the diverse needs of students
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth and development
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and create individualized learning plans
- Full class teaching responsibilities, which includes planning, marking and parents evenings
As the ideal Primary Teacher, you will:
- Have experience teaching across K1&2.
- Plan and deliver creative, motivating, and engaging lessons and activities.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have either UK or UK ENIC recognised Teaching Qualifications plus UK experience.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Have the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
