4MySchool is seeking to recruit a HLTA for one of our primary schools located in Clacton. This primary school pride themselves on providing a nurturing and dynamic learning environment for students. We are seeking a passionate and experienced HLTA to join this school and help the school make a positive impact on the lives of their students.
This Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
As a Qualified HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting our teaching staff, assisting in the delivery of high-quality lessons, and providing valuable guidance to our students. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with planning and delivering engaging lessons
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborating with teachers to assess and track student progress
Inspiring and motivating students to achieve their best

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Hold a recognized qualification as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Relevant experience in a primary school setting
A passion for education and a commitment to student success
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
