We offer a competitive salary ranging from £19,000 to £30,000, depending on your experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with the flexibility of a hybrid office/home working arrangement. 🏢🏡

Your Role:

As a Recruitment Compliance Officer at 4myschools, you will play a vital role in ensuring our candidates meet all compliance requirements. Your responsibilities will include: 📋🔐

 

  • Guiding candidates through the compliance vetting process using our online self-registration platform.
  • Managing and overseeing candidate registration processes, including reference checks, document collection, DBS checks, CVs, and more.
  • Maintaining compliance among existing workers.
  • Managing client and candidate relationships, including compliance and debt collection, in a professional manner.
  • Handling various aspects of candidate management, such as payroll, pension auto-enrolment, and general inquiries to support candidate satisfaction.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements related to compliance. 📈🌟

 

Qualifications:

While prior experience in recruitment, education, and/or compliance is desirable, it is not essential.
