4myschools are looking for a dedicated individual to provide one-to-one support to a child with complex additional needs from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the student with their learning and development on a one-to-one basis
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Providing intimate care
- Communicating with parents and teachers to ensure the student receives the best support possible
- Work on 1:1 targets and provisions
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with complex additional needs or SEN
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Have an Enhanced, Child workforce, Disclosure, that is on the update service. This is preferred but not essential as we can help you apply for this
