Overview:
Are you passionate about supporting children’s education and making a positive difference in their lives? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team, providing general support across Key Stage 2 classes.
Key Responsibilities:
📚 Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities across Key Stage 2 curriculum areas.
👩🏫 Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
🔍 Assist with classroom management, including behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
🤝 Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to meet the diverse needs of students and promote their overall development.
Requirements:
🎓 Relevant qualifications in education or childcare would be advantageous
👩🏫 Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
📝 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
🌟 Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
