1. Best company to work for

4myschools Best Company to work for

4myschools has demonstrated success in terms of people development, employee engagement and recognition.

To be shortlisted 4myschools has evidenced that we have put employees at their heart of our business in all that we do.

4myschools Employee Value Proposition is one of the reasons our staff stay commited to our vison and values.

We are a business that actively encourages individuals to develop themselves and their careers.

“I love working for 4myschools as we have basic core values that make working as a team extremely effective and is seen by everyone’s daily behaviours. This has a huge impact on how we deal with our clients and candidates and is evidenced in our feedback.”

2. Candidate experience of the year

4myschools Best Candidate Experience shortlisted

Our Sales Director Helen Darling has been recognised for her positive impact and ensuring our team empower people to make important choices and change their lives for the better.

Helen has demonstrated she understands that getting the right job can have a profound effect on someone’s life, whether that be by securing a better income, moving to another part of the country for a role or taking a job with more flexible hours to allow more time to spend with their family, whilst providing an excellent candidate experience.

Helen has demonstrated 4myschools go that extra mile to ensure the best candidate experience.

Claire one of our Hertfordshire teachers says;

“My experience with 4myschools has been 100% positive, I’m so impressed. All the staff provide excellent communication and Helen has been especially supportive. She has given me advise and guided my transition into agency work, which has resulted in providing me with excellent long term posts that have not only met my current requirements but have been mindful of my personal career progression. Very professional;  I am happier working for 4myschools than I have been in teaching for a long time. I highly recommend. Thank you”

3. Community Impact of the Year

4myschools Community Impact Shortlisted

Our investment in Updatedge has revolutionised the choice and control that temporary workers have in finding more work with local schools.

Supply Teachers and Support Staff often struggle to communicate with agencies and hirers, frequently receiving calls while they are already working, which leaves them with little choice of shifts and often feeling obligated to accept any work offered. This situation can give agencies a bad reputation, as workers feel excluded from the process or believe they are not being treated with honesty and transparency.

This lack of equality between recruitment businesses, hirers, and temporary workers can result in agencies having a disproportionate amount of control, deciding who gets to work, when, and where. Our ambition has been to level the playing field, supporting workers and hirers with greater symmetry, transparency, choice, and control.

By doing so, we aimed to enhance the reputation of agencies with hirers and provide recruitment consultants with more time and a better work-life balance.

More local work means a reduction in carbon footprint. It also supports supply staff by reducing their commute saving them money and staying local to support their local community.

Improved communications have led to less misunderstandings and increased productivity, all parties are empowered to be more effective with what the job entails, resulting in happier supply staff and Schools.

4. Temporary Recruiter of the year

Paul Matthews our Senior Recruitment Consultant has been shortlised for going the extra mile with Supply Teachers and Schools in Norfolk, consistently go above and beyond to meet their needs. Whether it’s staying late to finalise supply cover or conducting additional resourcing to provide other solutions, Paul consistently puts in the extra effort to ensure everyone is  satisfied.

5. Buiness Leader of the Year

Helen Darling has been shortlisted for this Award by demonstrating excellence in all that she does at 4myschools. Helen has supported employees, supply teachers, Support Staff and Schools and championed our innovations to candidate service. Helen has transcended the traditional role as a boss and leads by example, her testimonials from employees, schools and supply staff say it all.

“Helen’s leadership style is nothing short of inspirational. Her unwavering commitment to excellence and her ability to motivate and empower her team is truly remarkable. Under her guidance, I have felt supported, encouraged, and challenged to reach new heights. Her belief in my abilities has instilled a sense of confidence that has propelled my professional growth.”
